Ideally, wobblesticks are mounted on DN40CF flanges with Wide Tube Flange DN40CF (2-3/4" OD). If no such flange is used, the deflection of wobblesticks is limited as the bellows can collide and also get damaged! For an inner diameter of 35 mm, deflection is even inhibited. To restore some deflection and to ensure there is no risk of damaging the bellows, we recommend the use of a Bellows Protection DN40CF (2-3/4" OD).
The milled inner edges of the Zero Length Adapter DN63/40CF with milled inner edge ensure the full angular range of the mounted wobblestick can be exploited. Contrary to use with standard reducing flanges, there is no risk of damage to the wobblestick bellows by hitting the flange.
Shaft adapter for mounting onto a 6.35 mm (1/4") shaft via side-mounted set screw. The adapter provides a 10 mm long, 8 mm diameter output shaft with a D-cut for slip-resistant component adaptation. An additional axial M4 internal thread allows for secure longitudinal fixation, enabling tools like GRABSHOM to be mounted on sample transporters (e.g., RM40).
