Refund policy

Our products are primarily intended for business customers (B2B). Returns are generally not accepted unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Returns for Business Customers (B2B)

Returns are only possible under the following conditions and must be pre-approved by us:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Returns are excluded for:
    • Custom-made products or special orders
    • Items cleaned or prepared for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) use
    • Items with opened, damaged, or broken seals or packaging
    • Items delivered under UHV conditions or requiring vacuum integrity
    • Items not in stock and specifically procured for the customer

Defects or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted promptly; late claims may not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the EU

If you are an individual consumer (non-business customer) residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exceptions to this right include:

  • Custom products or special orders
  • Items cleaned or delivered for UHV use
  • Products with damaged packaging or broken seals
  • Perishable or hygienic goods, or those not suitable for return for health or safety reasons

To initiate a return, contact us at mail@uhvstore.com. We will provide further instructions and a return shipping address. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
