Our high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) technical ceramics are designed for demanding ultra-high vacuum (UHV) and high-vacuum applications. They provide excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, outstanding thermal stability, and low outgassing, making them ideal for vacuum chambers, feedthroughs, semiconductor equipment, research laboratories, and scientific instrumentation.
Our standard portfolio includes ceramic tubes, rods, plates, spacers, washers, screws, nuts, insulators, and other precision components. We also manufacture custom ceramic parts according to customer drawings and specifications.
Former Tectra Customers
We continue to supply the former Tectra standard technical ceramics portfolio, with many components manufactured by the original production partner to ensure identical dimensions, material quality, and performance.
We also offer the former Tectra range of PBN/PG heaters and components for UHV, MBE, vacuum deposition, and semiconductor applications. Existing tooling for previous customer projects may still be available, allowing components to be reproduced or adapted.

Zirconia (ZrO₂) on Request
While alumina (Al₂O₃) is our standard ceramic material, selected components can also be supplied in zirconia (ZrO₂) for applications requiring higher mechanical strength and fracture toughness.
