Electrical connection cables and adapters for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) equipment, including SAES NEXTorr® and CAPACITorr® ion and non-evaporable getter (NEG) pumps, resistive heaters, temperature sensors, and compatible power supplies and controllers.

A range of application-specific cable configurations is available for connecting vacuum components to dedicated control systems or laboratory instrumentation. Cable lengths, connector types and electrical specifications depend on the selected configuration.

Ion Pump Connection Cables

High-voltage connection cables for operating the ion pump element of SAES NEXTorr® D and Z series pumps, including the NEXTorr Z200, with compatible ion pump controllers.

LSA3 / SAES NIOPS-03 – SHV

High-voltage connection cables for compatible Ferrovac LSA3 and SAES NIOPS-03 ion pump controllers with SHV connections.

Available in 1 m and 3 m lengths. SAES reference 3B0410 for the 3 m version.

SAES SIP POWER – Ion Pump HV Cable

Dedicated high-voltage connection cable for the SAES SIP POWER ion pump controller (3B0506).

The SIP POWER controller features an additional safety connection. The appropriate high-voltage cable and safety configuration must be selected according to the controller requirements.

SHV Right-Angle Adapter

Right-angle high-voltage adapter with SHV plug and SHV jack, suitable for installations requiring a compact cable connection or modified cable routing.

NEG Activation Cables

Electrical connection cables for activation of non-evaporable getter (NEG) elements in SAES NEXTorr® and CAPACITorr® pumping systems.

Depending on the selected configuration, the cables allow connection to dedicated NEG activation controllers or suitable laboratory power supplies.

NEG activation cable for connecting compatible NEXTorr and CAPACITorr D/Z100–200 pumps to a suitable external laboratory power supply.

SAES NEG POWER – 3P5A Connector

NEG activation cable with 3P5A pump-side connector for compatible NEXTorr and CAPACITorr D/Z100–200 pumping systems.

SAES NEG POWER – 4P10A Connector

NEG activation cable with 4P10A pump-side connector for compatible CAPACITorr D/Z400 and HV200 pumping systems.

The required NEG activation voltage, current and electrical connector depend on the pump model. A compatible controller or appropriately rated laboratory power supply must be used.

Heater & Temperature Sensor Connection Cables

Electrical connection cables for resistive heating elements and temperature sensors used in UHV systems and laboratory equipment.

These cables are suitable for applications including vacuum heaters, cryogenic cold traps, bakeout heating assemblies and other temperature-controlled components.

CTDH40 UHV Booster – Heater & Pt100

Combined connection cable for the CTDH40 UHV Booster, providing electrical connections to the resistive heating element and Pt100 temperature sensor.

Designed for operation with a suitable laboratory power supply and external temperature measurement equipment.

Cable length: 3 m.

Technical Specifications

Connector types, cable lengths, voltage and current ratings, insulation materials and maximum operating temperatures depend on the selected cable configuration.

Certain cable assemblies may feature bakeable or radiation-resistant sections, depending on the manufacturer's specifications.

For high-voltage ion pump cables, the controller-side connector and any required safety or interlock connections must be verified before use.

One connection cable or adapter in the selected configuration.

Pumps, heaters, temperature sensors, power supplies and controllers are not included unless explicitly specified.
