Our PBN/PG heater is a high-performance heating element designed for high-temperature, high-vacuum, and ultra-pure applications. It features a three-layer structure (PBN-PG-PBN), combining a pyrolytic graphite (PG) heating layer with a fully encapsulated pyrolytic boron nitride (PBN) substrate, manufactured using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). This advanced ceramic system ensures maximum purity, electrical insulation, and chemical resistance.
