Vacuum Desiccator (Vakuum-Exsikkator)

Compact and rigid, fully transparent vacuum desiccator cabinet to store samples under vacuum or in a controlled atmosphere. The desiccator is equipped with two see-through removable shelves (extra-wide only one), offering a clear view and the possibility of placing compartment boxes neatly ordered. After pumpdown using a membrane pump, the exsiccator holds a base pressure of approximately 25mbar for a period of several months - a pressure meter roughly indicates the vacuum level.

The box can be filled with dry Nitrogen or Argon if desired.

An overpressure valve is provided for safety reasons. Two right angle valves (portable 1 straight valve with quick connector) with 6mm tube connections are provided for pumping and venting.

The portable version of our vacuum Exsiccator is compact, lightweight and easy to carry around. Transparency of the polished PMMA, as well as the storage box sets, ensures a clear view and easy organisation of your samples.
