Fast Pump Down Dock with LN2 Dewar – DN40CF
Couldn't load pickup availability
The Fast Pump Down Dock is designed for rapid sample transfer between portable UHV suitcases and stationary ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems.
By combining turbomolecular pumping with integrated liquid nitrogen (LN2) cooling, the docking chamber enables rapid pump-down to approximately 1 × 10⁻⁸ mbar in just 30 minutes, significantly reducing downtime between sample transfers.
The integrated cryogenic heat exchanger provides efficient cooling to approximately 80 K, while the vacuum-insulated LN2 dewar minimises thermal losses.
The compact DN40CF interface allows integration into compatible UHV systems and sample transfer configurations.
