Collection: Advanced Sample Preparation & UHV Heating Systems

Heating, annealing and sample preparation are common challenges in UHV environments. UHV Store offers three proven heating technologies to cover a wide range of research and industrial applications:

PBN/PG Heating – Stable, ultra-clean radiative heating up to ~1000 °C, ideal for UHV, MBE and sensitive surface science applications.

Direct Current (DC) Heating – Fast and efficient heating of conductive samples by passing current directly through the sample or support, reaching up to ~1300 °C.

Electron Beam (E-Beam) Heating – High-performance, non-contact heating for refractory materials and extreme temperatures up to ~2000 °C.

Maximum achievable temperatures depend on sample geometry, thermal shielding and overall system configuration.
